The short version
No refunds on confirmed subscription payments.
Why
atollcoins is a monthly subscription paid in cryptocurrency. Each
billing cycle begins when payment is confirmed on-chain and ends one
month later, after which the subscription must be renewed by paying
the next invoice. You can cancel renewal at any time from
/account/subscription inside the app; access continues
until the end of the period you've already paid for, and no further
payment is taken.
Because access is granted immediately and the value of the Service is delivered as soon as alerts begin flowing, we cannot issue refunds on a confirmed and credited subscription payment.
Billing errors
If you believe a billing error has occurred — for example, your
subscription was credited to the wrong tier, you were charged after
cancelling renewal, or an on-chain payment landed but never activated
your subscription — please contact us via the in-app feedback system
at /account/feedback. We will investigate and, if a
verifiable billing error occurred on our side, correct it (typically
by extending your subscription or returning the on-chain payment to
the originating wallet).
What this policy does not cover
This policy does not cover trading losses. atollcoins surfaces statistical setups; the decision to enter, size, or hold any position is yours. See the Terms of service for the full no-warranty and liability disclaimer.
