These terms govern your use of atollcoins (the "Service"), a quantitative trading platform that surfaces algorithmic setup signals to subscribers. By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate information at signup and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure; activity under your account is your responsibility.
2. Subscription & billing
- Crypto only. Subscriptions are billed in cryptocurrency (USDT on TRON or supported EVM chains). We do not accept credit cards or fiat at this time.
- Monthly cycle. Each tier carries a fixed monthly price. Access begins when payment is confirmed on-chain and runs for one billing period. Renewal requires payment of the next invoice within the renewal window; otherwise the subscription lapses to the free Shore tier automatically.
- Cancellation. Cancel renewal at any time from
/account/subscriptioninside the app. Access continues until the end of the current period. - No refunds on confirmed subscription payments. See the refund policy for billing-error exceptions.
3. The Service & what it is not
atollcoins surfaces statistical setups generated by algorithmic strategies. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Past performance of a strategy does not guarantee future results. Trading derivatives is risky and can result in the total loss of your capital. You alone are responsible for any trade you place, sized, or held.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or relay setup data to third parties.
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise programmatically harvest data from the Service outside the documented API and your subscription tier's limits.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or plan-tier gating.
- Reverse engineer the proprietary strategy logic.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or exchange rules.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including the strategy fleet, brand assets, code, copy, and data products, is owned by atollcoins. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own trading activity for the duration of your active subscription.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, misuse the Service, or attempt to harm other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; no refunds are owed.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any setup signal will be profitable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, atollcoins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any direct claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
